How do you charge for services?
Libby and Labels charges an hourly rate for all in-home services, and clients pay at the time of service by cash, check or credit card.
Do you require a deposit for scheduled work?
No, Libby and Labels does not require a deposit for scheduled work. However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled work.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Whether it’s for a birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or some other special occasion, we’ll help you custom design the perfect organizing gift. Contact Libby to learn more!
Do you hang pictures on walls?
Unfortunately hanging pictures on walls is not a service we offer at this time.
While we are not a cleaning service, we will do a basic wipe-down and sweep of surfaces during the organizing process.
Do you offer cleaning services?
We do install a variety of shelf liners and encourage it for kitchen and bathroom cabinets, but this unfortunately does not include adhesive contact paper. This is the type of liner we recommend.
